Commercial Property Manager

For over 45 years, SVN | Wood Properties has served East Tennessee as a commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm. Based in downtown Knoxville and affiliated with the global SVN network, we provide professional services built on integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily building operations to ensure properties remain safe and well-maintained.
- Supervise vendors, maintenance personnel, and contractors.
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs or capital projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants.
- Respond to tenant requests and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Care for move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
- Prepare and manage operating budgets.
- Oversee rent collection and expense approvals.
- Maintain accurate property and tenant records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience preferred.
- Experience with office, retail, or industrial properties preferred.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Experience with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or AppFolio preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Pay
$60,000 – $75,000 per year (depending on experience)
Schedule
Office-based with regular property visits. Occasional after-hours or weekend availability may be required.
