Property Manager – Retail/Commercial Portfolio | Grocery-Anchored Shopping Centers Location: Raleigh, NC (Research Triangle) Take Ownership of a ~430,000 SF Commercial Portfolio Are you a property management professional who runs things like they're your own? We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to take over a ~430,000 SF portfolio of grocery-anchored retail centers, mixed-use, office, and flex properties across the Research Triangle. We're open to candidates from commercial property management or multifamily backgrounds — what matters most is mindset. This role is built for someone who operates with autonomy, takes full ownership of their portfolio, and is looking for a more defined, less chaotic scope of responsibility than a typical apartment community offers. What You'll Do Manage Commercial Property Operations Oversee day-to-day property management across grocery-anchored retail centers, mixed-use, office, and flex propertiesSupport leasing activity and tenant relations across the portfolioCoordinate maintenance operations and work alongside on-site maintenance staffEnsure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficientlyAssist with budgeting and financial oversight in coordination with the accounting team Operate with Ownership & Autonomy Manage the portfolio independently with a high degree of autonomyTake full accountability for property performance and tenant satisfactionPartner with ownership on asset-level decision-making and strategy Required Qualifications What We're Looking For NC Broker License requiredCommercial property management background (retail/shopping center experience preferred), or multifamily PM experience with strong operational disciplineComfortable operating independently with limited daily oversightA "run it like your own" mindset — ownership mentalityExcellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications CCIM or other commercial real estate designation a plusExperience with grocery-anchored retail or mixed-use properties Why This Opportunity?
