Commercial Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management
• Develop and implement property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports
• Cook with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and repairs are completed promptly
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns professionally and promptly
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and compliance with lease terms
• Aid in marketing vacancies and attracting new tenants

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial property management
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, lease administration, and budgeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi is a plus
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Must hold a valid Michigan Real Estate License
