Responsibilities
- Own the commercial success of a new product line, ensuring adoption, revenue, and unit economics
- Identify early customers, structure initial opportunities, and set pricing models
- Translate customer feedback and adoption data into clear strategy and execution
- Partner with sales and GTM teams to design and execute growth initiatives
- Present performance, drivers, and recommendations to executive leadership and the board
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in highly analytical, business-driving roles such as strategy & ops, growth, or commercial product
- Experience building revenue for a product line, market, or business unit
- Strong financial modeling skills to build the unit-economics case
- Excellent product intuition and taste
- Commercial instincts with a track record of partnering with sales and GTM teams
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and execute end-to-end in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Eagerness to build ideas into a thriving business
Qualifications
- Top-tier management consulting experience and moved into an operating or product lead role
- Experience in payments, fintech infrastructure, or B2B financial software
- Insurance industry knowledge, particularly in agency operations, wholesale distribution, or premium finance
- Track record of taking a single product from launch to meaningful revenue
