Product Lead
About the role
Translate high-level strategic themes into precise, actionable user stories and detailed acceptance criteria for the development team. Lead continuous user discovery and solution validation in close partnership with UX/Design teams to unearth root customer pain points using prototypes and mockups. Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to guarantee a perpetually ready pipeline of 2-3 sprints of high-value work. Champion engineering focus by acting as the ultimate execution shield, managing cross-team dependencies and minimizing mid-sprint scope changes. Partner with engineering leadership to balance commercial feature delivery with technical health, infrastructure upgrades, and system supportability.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven background as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager working directly with Agile/Scrum development teams.
- Strong user-centric focus with demonstrated capability in translating market value into highly usable features and validated solutions.
- Outstanding precision in writing clear, unambiguous user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Decisive prioritization skills with the ability to manage complex dependencies across diverse cross-functional groups.
- Technical aptitude sufficient to understand, evaluate, and prioritize technical debt alongside feature development.
Skills
- Proven background as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager working directly with Agile/Scrum development teams.
- Strong user-centric focus with demonstrated capability in translating market value into highly usable features and validated solutions.
- Outstanding precision in writing clear, unambiguous user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.

Bonus Points For Experience
- Experience working with complex hardware, systems engineering, or machine control solutions.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile product management credentials.
Pay
Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
Hiring Range: $136,400.00–$187,500.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary
