Commercial Plumbing Journeyman

About the role

We are hiring a Commercial Plumbing Journeyman to support and guide field operations on active construction projects. This role combines hands-on plumbing work with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support plumbing crews on commercial and industrial job sites
• Coordinate daily work activities and assist with scheduling
• Ensure installations meet code requirements and company standards
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other trades
• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced team members
• Monitor job progress to help keep projects on schedule and within scope

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial plumbing experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Willingness to travel regularly to job sites
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety standards, tools, and job site practices
• OSHA 10 and 30 certifications
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to guide, train, and support team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• OSHA 10 and 30 certifications

Pay

$30 - $33 per hour

Schedule

Full-time hours (40+ per week) Monday through Friday schedule with overtime as needed
