Commercial Parts Coordinator

About the role

Join the Reyes Fleet Management team in supporting our Martin Brower fleet shops with their inventory of commercial parts. This position will support three fleet shops (Coatesville, Manassas, VA, and Enfield, CT), so you must be available to travel. Experience with inventory, commercial parts, and invoice processing is required. You must possess a level of mechanical aptitude that conceptually understands the function and operation of our equipment, along with heavy administrative adaptability and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the shop parts department and plan, direct, and control activities to ensure technicians have the parts needed.
• Manage proper inventory levels while supporting the fleet manager with administrative duties by processing vendor invoices for parts and service.
• Evaluate the department’s results against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain the highest quality standard in serving the customer.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2+ years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles.

Pay

$27.00–32.00/hour, depending upon experience.
