About the role
Responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial painting projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for commercial painting projects.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Review and analyze project drawings and specifications to ensure accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial painting or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Proficient in using estimating software.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Experience with project management tools.
