Residential/Commercial Painting Estimator

About the role

We are looking for a detailed and personable Painting Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the "face" of our business for new clients—visiting homes/sites, accurately calculating project costs, and presenting professional proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Assessments: Travel to client locations to measure square footage, inspect surface conditions, take pictures and provide quote.
• Accurate Estimating: Accurately put all measurements and site conditions into our system to produce quotes.
• Sales & Proposals: Create and present detailed quotes to clients. Explain the value of our process, answer questions, and close the sale.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact from the initial consultation until the job is handed off to the production team.
• CRM Management: Track leads, follow up on open quotes, and update customer details in our company database.

Requirements

• Experience is preferred but Not Necessary.
• Technical Skills: Ability to measure accurately and be detail oriented. We can train an ambitious individual with critical thinking skills.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be comfortable speaking with homeowners and building rapport quickly.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

• Competitive Pay: Base salary of $40,000 + Commission on every job sold. Top earners can make significantly more than their base in commissions.
