Your Background
- Education: BA/BS focus on HR Management preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist/HR Partner role
- Core HR Responsibilities: Solid knowledge and experience with employee development, engagement activities, competitive compensation practices, workplace investigations, employee relations cases, and onboarding
- Experience: Multi-state experience preferred
- Technology: Experience with ADP Workforce Now, SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Management: Experience leading/managing
