Commercial Mortgage Loans - Servicing Software System Support

About the role

Join our Commercial Servicer System Support team as the first line of support for customers navigating the servicing side of commercial mortgages. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality software system support and consulting to help streamline the commercial mortgage process for our clients. Your communication will directly impact the efficiency and success of our customers' operations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone and email in a fast-paced environment to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Train FICS customers on how to use our software effectively.
• Conduct FICS product webinars to educate and engage users.
• Collaborate in testing FICS software for quality assurance as the first line of defense.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in the commercial mortgage loan servicing industry.
• A solid understanding of commercial mortgage loan servicing; knowledge of escrow administration, asset management, cash management, investor reporting, and/or IRS reporting is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with an eagerness to learn.
• Ability to convey patience and understanding to customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Technical proficiency in learning robust software systems.
• Natural problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel across the U.S. when needed.
