Commercial Mortgage Loan Support - Financial Institutions

About the role

As a System Support team member at FICS, you will be the first point of contact to provide high-quality commercial mortgage loan servicing software system support and consulting. Your role is crucial in helping clients navigate the servicing side of commercial mortgages, directly impacting their operational efficiency and success. You will communicate with customers via phone and email in a fast-paced environment, train users on FICS software, conduct product webinars, and collaborate in quality assurance testing of FICS software.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for commercial mortgage loan servicing software via phone and email.
• Train FICS customers on software usage and best practices.
• Conduct product webinars to demonstrate FICS software capabilities.
• Collaborate in testing FICS software for quality assurance.
• Assist customers in navigating the commercial mortgage servicing process.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in the commercial mortgage loan servicing industry.
• Solid understanding of commercial mortgage loan servicing.
• Knowledge of escrow administration, asset management, cash management, investor reporting, and/or IRS reporting is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with an eagerness to learn.
• Ability to convey patience and understanding to customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Technical proficiency in learning robust software systems.
• Natural problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel across the U.S. when needed.
