Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete preventative and corrective maintenance tasks per work orders, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Conduct routine carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, and touch-up work to ensure facilities are in excellent condition.
  • Handle minor electrical maintenance, including replacing switches, outlets, and light fixtures, in compliance with state laws.
  • Utilize technology (tablet, smartphone) to document work, submit reports, and update work order statuses promptly.
  • Arrange and procure necessary materials for maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide excellent customer service by building positive relationships and maintaining clear communication with clients and support teams.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies during daily operations.
  • Assist with larger projects by providing estimates and supporting on-site activities as needed.

Top Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or trades experience preferred.
  • 2-5 years of general maintenance experience, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC work.
  • A valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation for daily local travel.
