About the role

Join our dynamic team at AmeriCU! We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our growing credit union. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to members through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Manage member accounts, including account maintenance, transfers, and inquiries.
• Process transactions and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with members to build loyalty and trust.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with credit union policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in a customer service-oriented environment preferred.
