About the role

Am Law 200 firm with a strong presence in the Southeast U.S. is expanding its Austin office. The firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal to provide commercial litigation support in a hybrid work environment on the north side of downtown Austin.

Responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier litigation support to a team of commercial litigators.
• Draft and revise pleadings and other court documents.
• eFile documents in State and Federal courts.
• Manage litigation calendars and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Handle day‑to‑day tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience at a law firm.
• Experience drafting and revising pleadings.
• Proficiency with eFiling in State and Federal courts.
• Strong calendar management skills.
• Effective communication with clients and opposing counsel.

Pay

$85,000 – $102,000 per year
