Key Responsibilities
- Draft and revise pleadings, motions, and memoranda in business and commercial litigation matters under the supervision of a senior attorney.
- Handle written discovery (drafting and responding to interrogatories, document requests, RFAs) and assist with meet-and-confer efforts.
- Analyze documents and evidence, help shape case themes, and prepare deposition outlines and hearing materials.
- Collaborate with and help oversee paralegals on filings, docketing, and discovery management.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts in a clear, professional manner.
What We're Looking For
- Mid-level attorney with strong business/commercial litigation experience (Massachusetts-focused).
- Extensive knowledge of the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, particularly with respect to motion practice and discovery.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while being responsive to supervision and feedback from a senior attorney.
- Strong writing, judgment, and attention to detail, with a practical, problem-solving mindset.
- Ideal candidates have experience working with Netdocs, CLIO, and other e-discovery vendors.

Work Location
Mainly remote but go to office a few times a month and when there are depositions etc. Will have to attend hearings.
