Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in commercial litigation, including business litigation, finance, construction, bankruptcy, insurance coverage, class action, securities, product liability and more.
- Manage all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through discovery, motions, hearings, and trial.
- Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Provide strategic advice and risk assessments to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve efficient and favorable case outcomes.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Ohio Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines.
- Commitment to client service and professional growth.
