About the Role
A growing full service law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with a proven background in Commercial Litigation or Construction cases.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on legal matters related to commercial litigation
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court
- Manage and resolve disputes efficiently
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff
Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in New York State
- At least 3 years of experience as an attorney in general litigation or construction litigation
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- A competitive base salary between $100k and $170k
- Experience with billable hours of 1750 or more
- Benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance (firm pays for 95% of monthly premiums)
- Participation in a 401(k) plan
