Growing litigation boutique seeks an associate attorney for its Philadelphia office. Working closely with experienced trial lawyers, this attorney will play a key role in complex commercial litigation matters from discovery through trial.

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery processes
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft substantive motions
• Support trial teams

Requirements

• At least five years of commercial litigation experience
