Job Details
We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a growing litigation team. The firm is open to candidates at any level of experience (Associate, Mid-Level, or Seniors), and will determine title and compensation based on background and fit.
What You’ll Do
- Handle defense-side commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Manage discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and case strategy
- Work directly with clients on business-focused dispute resolution
- Collaborate closely with a team of experienced litigators in a supportive environment

What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Bar admission
