Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to prevent and minimize risks through alternative dispute resolution strategies and negotiation.
• Represent clients in all levels of courts for complex litigation matters, including injunctive remedies.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep legal proceedings cost-effective and minimize disruption to clients' businesses.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and administrative law.
• Proven track record in resolving disputes through mediation, arbitration, debt collection, and other legal means.
• Ability to handle a wide range of commercial disputes, including those involving real estate, franchise litigation, and tax issues.
• One-on-one approach tailored to each client's unique needs to ensure effective risk mitigation and efficient legal proceedings.
