About the role

The West Palm Beach office is seeking an associate with a minimum of three years of experience to join a busy commercial litigation trial practice.

Responsibilities

• Graduated from a nationally recognized law school
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience researching and drafting pleadings and papers concerning complex and difficult legal and factual issues
• Strategically and analytically minded
• Able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

Requirements

• Admitted to The Florida Bar or eligible for admission to The Florida Bar

• Substantive legal education from a nationally recognized law school
