Who This Is For

The firm welcomes attorneys from AmLaw firms, respected regional firms, boutiques, in-house roles, and government positions who are ready for partnership and value autonomy.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • A true self-starter who takes ownership end-to-end, operates with sound judgment under pressure, and excels in high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional matters
  • Lead and manage a national docket of complex commercial and insurance defense matters from intake through resolution, including, without limitation, client communication, motion practice, discovery, depositions, ADR, trial, and appeals
  • Own carrier and client reporting and compliance, including budgets, e-billing, guideline adherence, and audit-ready timekeeping and task coding
  • Develop and execute a case strategy to drive efficient, favorable outcomes, including early resolution, dispositive motions, and settlement valuation in a value-add manner
  • Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 or 200, Law360 400, respected regional or sophisticated boutique firm (5-7 years in practice, at a minimum)
  • A minimum portable book of $200K preferred, but not required

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation Structure

Partners are compensated under a performance-based Eat What You Kill model tied to fees actually collected by the firm.

  • 30% of collected fees on matters the Partner originates;
  • plus 50% of collected fees attributable to the Partners personal time worked.

Where a Partner both originates and performs work on a matter, both components apply. Compensation varies based on origination volume, hours worked, billing rates, realization, and collections. There is no cap on earning potential.

Good-faith estimated annual compensation range: $150,000 to $2,500,000+, depending on individual performance and practice economics.

Partners may elect from tiered benefit options made available by the firm. Available offerings vary by tier and location and may include access to group insurance programs, retirement savings options, professional liability coverage, and firm-provided operational and administrative support.

Details of available tiers, eligibility, and any required contributions are provided during the partnership process and are governed by the firms partnership agreement.
