Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 45k/year - Somerset, NJ

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and process incoming and outgoing mail
• Process certificates of liability (25+ a day)
• Report claims and follow up until closed
• Run MVRÆs

Qualifications

• 1+ Years of Insurance experience
• Experience processing intricate certificates of liability
• Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed preferred
• AMS360 Or Vertafore Experience Preferred
• Knowledge of general liability, business auto, and workers comp policies preferred

Compensation

• Base salary to 45k/year
• Plus commission on new business and a year-end bonus

Schedule

• In office for 3 months then hybrid Thursdays & Fridays from home
