What You Will Do Calculate and prepare tenant billings for CAM, insurance, utilities and real estate taxesYear-over-year expense variance review with clear explanationsResearch lease language and billing detail to resolve tenant questions, disputes and auditsAbstract, interpret and input leases, amendments and assignmentsExpense pool setup and charge-type accuracy in the lease systemReconciliation tracking and weekly status reportingPartner with accounting, leasing, property management and legal What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degreeThree to five years of lease administration, retail properties preferredLease administration software such as MRI, JDE or YardiStrong grasp of lease terms, legal language and the financial components of a lease Direct hire, primarily in office.
