Commercial Kitchen Equipment/Hot Side Technician

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain a broad spectrum of commercial gas, electric, and steam equipment, including, but not limited to: all cooking equipment (combi ovens, convection ovens, track/conveyor ovens, pizza decks, microwaves, tilt skillets, grills, griddles, broilers, electric/gas ranges), fryers & heat systems, steam & water line equipment, countertop & food prep equipment.
