About the role
TriMark USA is seeking Service Technicians at various levels (Associate, Service, Senior) to join our team. We provide design services, commercial equipment, and foodservice supplies across the country, serving diverse industries and business sectors since 1896.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment — from refrigeration to cooking and dishwashing systems.
- Handle on-call rotation and complex troubleshooting with confidence.
- Keep your company vehicle, tools, and parts organized, safe, and ready for action.
- Lead and follow safety protocols — ensuring every install and repair meets manufacturer standards.
- Perform safety checks on tools, vehicles, and equipment regularly.
- Document work orders and service reports accurately using your company tablet.
- Partner with customers, manufacturers, and sales reps to ensure top-notch service.
- Bring creative thinking to challenging repair situations and know when to call in reinforcements.
Requirements
- Associate Technician: Entry-level role for individuals with mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, or related technical education.
- Service Technician: 1–2 years of experience servicing or installing commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment.
- Senior Service Technician: 3+ years of advanced, hands-on experience leading complex installations and mentoring others.
Qualifications
- Technical or trade school training preferred (especially refrigeration).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Type I/ Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for training in the first two weeks.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen post offer acceptance.

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate's unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.
Schedule
Full-Time, with up to 25% travel for training and development.
