About the role
The Commercial Insurance Producer will drive revenue growth and build TPI’s reputation as a trusted partner for truck drivers across the country.
Responsibilities
- Manage a healthy mix of inbound leads and targeted outbound outreach
- Build lasting client relationships
- Grow a personal book of business over time
- Consult with prospects to identify coverage needs and gaps
- Quote and present solutions across commercial auto, cargo, occupational accident, and trucking liability
- Manage your pipeline with focus and follow-through
- Partner with Sales Leadership to sharpen your approach and hit your goals
- Stay current on market conditions, coverage changes, and industry requirements — with full support from our training team
What does the day to day look like?
- Consulting with prospects to identify coverage needs and gaps

Requirements
- Have 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, commercial insurance, or a related field
- Bring a consultative approach — you listen, ask good questions, and match solutions to needs
- Be organized, pipeline-focused, and follow through consistently
- Be coachable and motivated by continuous improvement
- Be confident and efficient navigating multiple databases, systems, and platforms simultaneously
- Hold an active P&C license or are on track to obtain one before your start date
- Familiarity with commercial trucking, FMCSA requirements, or DOT filings is a plus — but not a requirement
Earning Potential
- Base Salary: $48,000 (with an active P&C license)
- Monthly Commission: Uncapped — paid on every dollar starting at Day 1
- First-Year OTE potential: $75,000 – $110,000+ for strong performers

Work Location
You’ll be based out of our Phoenix, AZ office in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix—a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. You’ll work in-office five days a week ensuring you have ongoing access to real-time collaboration and coaching as you continue to grow and deliver great work.
