Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding a market presence and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales mentality and the ability to drive new business production with minimal servicing responsibilities. Compensation Package
Two compensation options based on experience and track record:
- Option 1: New Producer Ramp
- Year 1: $32,000
- Year 2: $24,000
- Year 3: $18,000
- Commission Split: 40/40
- Option 2: Experienced Producer
- Potential earnings up to $115,000 for producers generating over $100,000 in revenue per year
- Flexible base salary (open to higher guarantees depending on book of business and track record)

Responsibilities
- Drive new business production in commercial lines insurance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities in key verticals, including contractors, habitational, transportation, and farm/agriculture (as applicable)
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless servicing and placement of accounts
- Build and expand market presence with minimal internal competition
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including:
- Experienced producers with a proven track record
- Mid-level producers with a strong sales mentality
- Emerging producers with high potential and a drive to succeed
- Preferred Backgrounds:
- Commercial generalists
- Contractors/habitational insurance
- Transportation (growth vertical)
- Farm/agriculture experience is a plus but not critical
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a flexible, field-driven environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with insurance technology platforms (e.g., QQ Catalyst, EPIC) is a plus
