Job Description Commercial Lines Producer Job Summary Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.Educate clients on insurance options, assess their unique needs, and recommend tailored coverage solutions.Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and policy renewals.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Collaborate with underwriters, claims processors, and customer support teams to provide a seamless customer experience.Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to offer clients the most up-to-date advice and solutions. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field.Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, including real estate, manufacturing, technology, and construction sectors.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Soft Skills: Family-oriented, go-getter, self-starter, team player.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software and tools is a plus.
