About the role
Archer Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join their growing team in Farragut, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Develop new Commercial Lines business through consultative selling.
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting through policy placement.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and referral partners.
- Cross-sell Commercial Insurance solutions to existing agency clients.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently work toward production goals.
- Represent Archer Insurance Agency with professionalism and integrity.
- Utilize agency-provided inbound commercial opportunities and marketing-generated leads.
- Develop additional business through networking and relationship building.
- Build long-term partnerships that support continued business growth.
- Work closely with dedicated Commercial CSR and renewal support staff, allowing you to focus on new business production.
- Partner with agency leadership and service teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Minimum 2 years of Commercial Lines insurance production experience.
- Experience selling Commercial Insurance products such as: Business Owners Policies (BOP), General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers' Compensation, Umbrella.
- Comfortable managing your own sales pipeline while utilizing agency-provided opportunities.
- Willingness to work full-time in our Farragut office during onboarding and ramp-up.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.

- Base salary of $40,000–$60,000, depending on experience.
