About the role

Archer Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join their growing team in Farragut, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new Commercial Lines business through consultative selling.
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting through policy placement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners and referral partners.
  • Cross-sell Commercial Insurance solutions to existing agency clients.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently work toward production goals.
  • Represent Archer Insurance Agency with professionalism and integrity.
  • Utilize agency-provided inbound commercial opportunities and marketing-generated leads.
  • Develop additional business through networking and relationship building.
  • Build long-term partnerships that support continued business growth.
  • Work closely with dedicated Commercial CSR and renewal support staff, allowing you to focus on new business production.
  • Partner with agency leadership and service teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

  • Active Tennessee Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Minimum 2 years of Commercial Lines insurance production experience.
  • Experience selling Commercial Insurance products such as: Business Owners Policies (BOP), General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers' Compensation, Umbrella.
  • Comfortable managing your own sales pipeline while utilizing agency-provided opportunities.
  • Willingness to work full-time in our Farragut office during onboarding and ramp-up.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
