This is a hunter role, allowing you to focus exclusively on sales while account managers handle ongoing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mid-market segment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on accounts averaging $60,000 in revenue.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with innovative solutions.
• Participate in a structured interview process, including meetings with team leaders and local management.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in mid-market accounts.
• Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to close deals.
• Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
