About the role
As a Commercial Insurance Producer, you'll work with inbound live transfer leads from business owners actively seeking insurance solutions. Rather than spending your time cold calling or building a prospect list from scratch, you'll focus on what you do best—consulting with business owners, understanding their needs, and helping them secure the right commercial coverage.
Responsibilities
- Consult with business owners who are actively seeking commercial insurance solutions.
- Handle inbound live transfer opportunities using a proven sales process.
- Build trust by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate coverage.
- Educate clients on available commercial insurance options.
- Guide prospects through the quoting and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and follow-up activities.
- Participate in daily training, coaching sessions, and role-playing exercises.
- Continuously refine product knowledge, communication skills, and closing techniques.
- Contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team environment.
Requirements
- Licensed Commercial Insurance Professional (preferred)
- Open to obtaining a Property & Casualty license
- Strong history of success in consultative or high-volume sales
- Experience in B2B sales, door-to-door sales, financial services, business development, or similar performance-driven environments
- Motivated to build a long-term career in commercial insurance
