Other Responsibilities of the Producer Role
- Selling, servicing, and soliciting all forms of insurance business
- Maximizing growth and client retention through superior customer service
- Developing accounts and cross-selling available products and services
- Presenting services and solutions at prospect meetings
- Brought new business prospects to closure
- Maintaining solid business-to-business relationships
Requirements of the Producer Role
- 3+ years of previous business-to-business sales experience
- Commercial Insurance sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience selling to a specific industry a plus
- Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire
- Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
- Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently

Compensation Structure
- Base pay range: $60,000 to $250,000 per year
- Commission derived from closed sales transactions
- Eligible for annual bonuses, equity, and commissions
