Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Manage the activity for assigned accounts
• Manage the schedule of values for each assigned Client
• Create schedules of insurance and proposals
• Administer quarterly reporting and invoicing of locations added or removed from the schedule of values
• Endorsement processing
• Invoicing
• Track client account balances and work with the accounting department to ensure prompt payment is executed
• Set up new and renewal policies
• Maintain current schedule and policy records in SAGE, our custom broking system
• Manage day-to-day account transactions including additions, deletions of vehicles, acquisitions
• Generate and update schedules of insurance, create Acord certificates, Auto ID Cards, Loss Run reports and similar documents as needed
• Support administration of program adjustments including dividend and audit adjustments
• Contact clients and underwriters to obtain information for policy changes, renewals and endorsements

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of insurance brokerage or insurance carrier experience
• Strong computer skills including MS office suite, Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent organization and time management skills

Compensation

The national average annual pay for this role is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
