Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and service needs
- Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new business applications
- Review policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy
- Prepare certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms
- Partner with producers to support account retention and growth
- Build and maintain relationships with carrier underwriters
- Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and provide additional value to clients
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred
- 2+ years of insurance industry experience preferred
- Commercial lines insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
