Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts
- Provide day-to-day client support and renewal management
- Communicate with carrier underwriters and clients to resolve service needs
- Obtain and evaluate quotes from multiple carriers
- Prepare submissions and applications for new and renewal business
- Track renewals, expirations, and binders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Create coverage comparisons and identify gaps in coverage
- Recommend coverage enhancements and risk solutions
- Assist clients through claims processes as needed
- Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling
- Maintain accurate records within agency management systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance (agency or underwriting)
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
- Active Texas Property & Casualty License required
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Applied Epic and/or CSR24 is a plus
- Industry designations (CISR, CIC, CPCU) or pursuit of certifications preferred
