Commercial Insurance Account Manager - CSR

Responsibilities

• Respond to client calls about policy and coverage questions.
• Consult with clients on policy changes and risk management concerns.
• Provide timely and professional day-to-day client service.
• Work closely with the insurance agency producer and carrier underwriters.
• Market/quote new business and account renewals obtaining competitive coverage/cost ratios for the client.
• Identify, compile and manage information regarding account renewals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of insurance industry experience related to servicing commercial accounts.
• PA P&C License (Required).
• CIC, CPCU, or other insurance designations are desirable.
• AMS360 software experience preferred (but will train).
• Knowledge of Insurance and/or Brokerage business.
• Technical knowledge of product area or industry.
• Knowledge of risk management issues.
• Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
