Responsibilities
- Generate insurance quotes
- Process customer policy change requests
- Take premium payments from customers
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a qualified individual
- 2-3 years of Commercial Insurance account manager experience preferred
- Agency management System and Microsoft Suite
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Professional Office etiquette and Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow up
