Commercial Insurance Account Executive
About the role
As our Client Account Executive on our senior living team, you'll support Producers by providing high-level expertise, technical detail, and client service to clients and account teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Knowledge of coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, legislative changes, and maintaining relationships with clients and carrier representatives.
- Exercising independent decisions relating to client analysis of coverage, recommending coverage needs, and suggesting new lines of coverage for existing clients.
- Developing strong relationships with carriers.
- Direct marketing of accounts in collaboration with the Producer and Marketing Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
- Five years of commercial insurance industry experience.
- Property and casualty insurance license.
- Strong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and market contacts, including excellent communication skills and service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to utilize leadership skills by providing direction, constructive feedback, development, and training while motivating others to maximize productivity and team morale.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree.
- Certification or designation.
- Experience with Requests for Proposal (RFP).
- Senior Care Experience.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,400 to $172,100. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
