Commercial & Industrial Customer Support Representative

About the role

The Commercial & Industrial Customer Service Representative works directly with Commercial & Industrial customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, coordinate service and installation activities, and meet related needs. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and account management
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close customer relationships
• Schedule service and delivery orders
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
• Contact customers to schedule additional services or offer maintenance plans
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
