About the role
At LaForce, we’re looking for a Customer Support Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every detail matters and collaboration is key. This role involves ensuring materials move smoothly from vendors to customers through tracking, coordination, and communication.
Responsibilities
- Tracking purchased materials and confirming shipment timelines with vendors.
- Cooking in-house production readiness for on-time shipping.
- Proactively updating Sales and Engineering teams on any potential delays.
- Creating internal work orders for hardware shipments.
- Filing freight claims for damaged materials.
- Aiding customers with shipping updates and delivery status.
- Confirming deliveries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience); bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and follow procedures accurately.
- A detail-oriented mindset and a knack for juggling priorities.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
