About the role

At LaForce, we’re looking for a Customer Support Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every detail matters and collaboration is key. This role involves ensuring materials move smoothly from vendors to customers through tracking, coordination, and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking purchased materials and confirming shipment timelines with vendors.
  • Cooking in-house production readiness for on-time shipping.
  • Proactively updating Sales and Engineering teams on any potential delays.
  • Creating internal work orders for hardware shipments.
  • Filing freight claims for damaged materials.
  • Aiding customers with shipping updates and delivery status.
  • Confirming deliveries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience); bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and follow procedures accurately.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and a knack for juggling priorities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
