Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle incoming calls
  • Greet callers with a polite and pleasant tone
  • Gather and relay required information
  • Verify and enter information accurately into our system

Qualifications

  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
  • Computer skills in a Windows based environment
  • Good attendance
  • The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
  • Availability to work one weekend day

Pay

$21 / Hour with Perfect Attendance
$18 / Hour Without Perfect Attendance

Schedule

Full Time, Overnight hours
Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week)

Training

Will take place during daytime hours - Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p
Training will move you to your new set schedule after completion.

About the Role

Sound Telecom is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their team. This position acts as an answering service receptionist for medical and commercial clients, taking messages, light appointment setting, and dispatching critical needs to appropriate contacts. The team is supportive, compassionate, collaborative, and dedicated in a fast-paced environment focused on teamwork and exceeding client expectations.

Skills

Excellent communication skills and computer literacy are required.
