Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
  • Field customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to other appropriate staff.
  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Daily travel to Unites States Post Office to collect and deliver mail.
  • Process incoming mail and distribute to appropriate department or teammate.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service.
  • Travel Requirements: Less than 10%.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
