Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products or services.
- Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
- Field customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to other appropriate staff.
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Daily travel to Unites States Post Office to collect and deliver mail.
- Process incoming mail and distribute to appropriate department or teammate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service.
- Travel Requirements: Less than 10%.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
