What You'll Be Doing

• Perform scheduled maintenance on commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect, test, and fine-tune equipment to prevent failures and extend system life
• Diagnose developing issues and recommend proactive solutions
• Work on a variety of equipment including RTUs, VAV systems, air handlers, split systems, and controls
• Document work clearly and accurately for both internal teams and customers
• Communicate professionally with property managers, facility teams, and coworkers
• Support service or retrofit work when needed

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance and service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Hands-on experience with rooftop units, VAV systems, and controls
• EPA Certification (required)
• NATE Certification (a plus)
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle
• Strong communication skills and professional presence with customers
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Additional experience (10+ years) or formal HVAC training is a plus

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Overtime available based on workload.

Pay

$28.00 - $42.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.
