Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: Competitive hourly rates strictly based on skill level and performance. ($20-$50/hr)
- Schedule: Paid weekly; 90-day probationary period.
- Overtime: Technicians are expected to volunteer for overtime as business needs arise.
- Retirement: 401k eligibility per company plan after 12 months of employment.

Requirements
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for operating company vehicles).
Qualifications
We are currently seeking candidates for the following roles:
- Green Technicians: Ideal for recent trade school graduates or those with 1–3 years of commercial HVAC experience.
- Experienced Technicians: Requires 6+ years of commercial experience. Candidates should have a strong background in PMs, installs, and service for terminal units, RTUs of varying sizes, mini-splits, and standard split systems.
- Construction Start-up Technicians: Responsibilities include large-scale job site tasks such as pulling HVAC wire, mounting thermostats, high/low voltage wiring, and system commissioning.
