Commercial HVAC Supervisor

About the role

The Commercial HVAC Supervisor oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HVAC technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure all HVAC systems are running efficiently.
• Supervise a team of technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Train new employees on HVAC systems and safety protocols.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance checks on HVAC equipment.
• Resolve complex issues and provide technical support to building management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in HVAC.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
