This position requires travel.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the work site is compliant with OSHA regulations and RMC Safety protocols.
- Oversee and ensure the installation of material, equipment, and manpower.
- Maintain consistent contact with General Contractors to be aware of expected installation dates.
- Ensure quality control and quality assurance throughout the company.
- Request and coordinate material and equipment needs with on-site leadership and the Project Manager.
- Coordinate delivery of material and equipment to the job site.
- Keep project status up to date to ensure timely delivery.
- Attend and participate in GC meetings.
- Conduct weekly inspections and safety meetings.
- Provide copies of signed safety forms to the General Contractor and Corvant EH&S team.
- Walk the job constantly to follow up with installers.
- Identify problems that need to be corrected.
- Follow up on all purchase orders and/or extra work.
- Maintain open and positive communication with field employees.
- Manage subcontractors, ensure work done meets contract and company requirements.
- Keep up to date with all RMC Policy and Procedures, industry standards, and government regulations.
- Available via telephone after hours and on weekends for emergencies and/or customer-related issues.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- OSHA 30 Certification required.
- EPA certificate preferred.
- Must have ten or more years of experience.
