About the role
Corvant provides specialty HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical services to mission-critical commercial and industrial environments, including data centers, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and education. We deliver end-to-end solutions across the facility lifecycle—design, prefabrication, installation, controls integration, and ongoing service. As a Senior Superintendent, you will maintain open, positive, and professional communication with customers, vendors, general contractors, internal teams, and field employees while supervising staff and ensuring a safe working environment compliant with government regulations and Corvant Safety systems. This position requires travel.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the work site is compliant with OSHA regulations and RMC Safety protocols.
- Oversee and ensure the installation of material, equipment, and manpower.
- Maintain consistent contact with General Contractors to track expected installation dates.
- Ensure quality control and quality assurance throughout the company.
- Request and coordinate material and equipment needs with on-site leadership and the Project Manager.
- Coordinate delivery of material and equipment to the job site.
- Keep project status up to date to ensure timely delivery.
- Attend and participate in GC meetings.
- Conduct weekly inspections and safety meetings; provide signed safety forms to the General Contractor and Corvant EH&S team.
- Walk the job constantly to follow up with installers and identify problems needing correction.
- Follow up on all purchase orders and/or extra work.
- Maintain open and positive communication with field employees.
- Manage subcontractors to ensure work meets contract and company requirements.
- Stay up to date with RMC Policy and Procedures, industry standards, and government regulations.
- Available via telephone after hours and on weekends for emergencies and/or customer-related issues.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of this role.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- OSHA 30 Certification required; EPA certificate preferred.
- Ten or more years of experience.
