About the role

Responsibilities
- Service and installation of commercial domestic hot water systems including:
- Commercial water heaters
- Commercial domestic boilers, holding tanks & controls
- Tankless water heaters & combo units
- Circulating pumps
- Service and installation of commercial heating/cooling systems including:
- Hot water & steam heating boilers
- Forced air & air conditioning units
- Heat pumps
- Chilling towers
- 3 years’ experience in commercial HVAC
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems
- CFC Certified
- Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and use power & hand tools
- Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces
- Use of ladders for roof access
